The payment of our services will happen when the final estimate of your expedition has been finalized with our sales team. And to guarantee your reservation; we will ask for the payment like this:


50% of the total cost of the services, when your reservation is confirmed.

100% of the total cost of the services, 14 days (2 weeks) before your arrival.

Cancellations & Reimbursement:

The cancelation of your services can happen at any time, and they need to be done by the person who made the payment. There would be some extra fees because of that and they will start after we receive your cancelation request:


- 30 days (or more) until 15 days before your arrival: Charge up to 30% of the total cost of the services.

- 14 days before your arrival: Charge up to 100% of the total cost of the services. All the payments are not refundable and all the deposits would be charged.  


-Alterations made by you: We are going to make everything in our hands for any changes that you may request after your reservation and this would be adhered to the extra fees that it might happen because of it.  


-Alterations made by us: We reserve the right to make changes to your reservation and itinerary by always providing the best conditions. And we are not responsible because of delays or major forces out of our control, such as natural disasters. Occasionally we need to make changes because of 'force majeure' such mechanical problems, riots, natural disasters, fire, landslides or really bad wheatear.


Its an essential condition for your reservation that you might count with an appropriate travel insurance for your expedition.  


We are not responsible for any kind of accident on route, sickness, robbery, etc. And we will recommend to you on getting a travel insurance. Please take care of your personal belongings and do not leave them inside the different transportation services that we are going to use. We are not responsible for any kind of missing items and any dispute; will be under the laws of the Government of the Republic of Guatemala.    



Kids under 12 years and staying in the same room with their parents will have a 25% discount regarding transportation. And the babies under 2 year will not have any charge.  



The services not described on your itinerary. Flight tickets, exit airport fees (that most of the time is included in your flight), meals and drinks (except when they are specified). Tips for drivers and guides, porters, waiters, maids and personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, etc.
